Not that I know anything on the subject, but for big name games I'm pretty sure you have to wait in line for hours beforehand to get seats. Maybe not since this is the round of 32, but Bisu - Jaedong is pretty big.

well i didn't just give you a random link, anybody on tl.net can tell you the matches are at coex mall 
but panorama provides a few extra details in there like where inside coex mall it is

Ok thanks a lot guys. I was aware that they played matches in Coex, but I thought there were also other places.

fairly recent thread, with maps and everything.
edit: also, unless you are very close to coex mall and know precisely what to do and where to go, i suggest staying home and watching the games over the internet. there's no way in hell you're gonna find even enough room to stand, let alone empty seats, half an hour before such an important game.
