Match one Sharp v Modesty is hard to predict. If I was picking the stronger player, I would say sharp, if I was to pick based upon historical racial advantage and/or map advantage, I would also have to go sharp.... but, any zerg who is willing to go all out for an under 8- 9 minute win - is dangerous, and modesty has shown he is willing to do just that. It seems like every bo5 v terran we get one lurker-hydra-drop game. I am pretty sure we will see a lurker tech before muta build in at least one game. I am rooting for Sharp because I think the tournament would be better with him in it. I have some fear that I will see some uber crappy 1-1-1 build ala forgg but it may just be my bias against it ( I think terran is too strong against zerg to play such a fragile early-midgame regularly, when you are able to make hydras good tvz, I think you have gone astray) Miso v Snow.... I have no interest in Miso or his games - he is one of those rare zergs, I just don't care about. Snow is not only an experienced and highly skilled player but he is chronically involved in very interesting bo5s. I hope he steals a Mini zealot build or a Stork v Jaedong middlegame build and obliterates Miso. Not a Snow fan ( I think he is a less good Mini or a Best derivative) but like Sharp, I think the tournament will be more fun with him in it.

3 mutas dead before a marine killed. 6 or 7 mutas dead for nothing. 3 muta bound lords died for no reason. Just a horrible attempt.

He is such a strong match player. Win or Lose it seems like his matches happen on his terms. I'm pumped. Now I am just hoping snow practiced against 3 hat hydra....

I can't wait for Zergs to realize.... if you do a small drop and it works - you dont need to keep dropping. Take your edge and macro.

Like he halted some mining and took the shields off the nexus for a minute until zealots came up and shut him out. I'm confused. He seems to be unable to make clear choices. He does a little of two things, instead of choosing one .... Medusa has a ton of room to run and yet he managed to get caught by zealots consistently. I think he didn't plan on a runby and once he got it... he didn't have a clear goal.

The games tonight were as self-evident as they could have ever gotten. Modesty.. the half-dimensional Modesty.. you can see on his face that he came to lose today. He probably didn't even surprise himself in failing to perform his one trick - a decent muta micro. And just for the record.. guardians are not rubbish at all, and can really do wonders paired with some other units.. but I think too damn hard to micro amidst the chaos. Certainly not in Modesty's league. Only surpassed by Miso's one-track-mindedness.. or one track madness if u will. I'm absolutely certain that if he made the decision he would have taken the main nexus down on Medusa, but naah.. better run the lings into a dead end. It felt like Snow was really in absolute control from the very beginning to the very end. I'm really glad to see him steadily improving and to see Sharp keeping his cool, to keep inconsistent players like Modesty and Miso out of Ro8. For once.. destiny has ruled justly in Starcraft!
