They distracted Hwasin from other tasks. They also kept him holed up in his base. It's like muta harrass. Even if the mutas don't kill stuff, their presence forces the other side to stay put. This allowed Bisu to build up unmolested for longer than was wise. | ||

bisu likes to put constant pressure on people. the reason he built scouts was because he needed an air unit quickly, and carriers take too long. turrets are immobile and unupgraded goliaths are weak against the quite multifaceted army that bisu was pushing with towards the end there. the gas that hwasin used to make a goliath meant 1 less tank, so he couldnt stop the ground army, but he needed something that would have stopped the 6-7 or so scouts from killing tanks. he just didnt have enough resources at that timing in order to defend against what bisu could pull out that quick. | ||

After calling Hwasin the "insurance terran" who will insure his advance to the elite 8, Hwasin said in an interview that Bisu "talks too much". There was a lot at stake in this match and you know Hwasin won't be able to get good sleep tonight | ||

the 4 goons killing the natural turret and 2 dts caught him up a little, but it was still basically even with hwasin possibly slightly ahead but bisu's superior micro and 1 reinforcement wave barely stopped hwasin's first push the scouts were a nice touch after that i don't understand how people are saying bisu is "gay" for "always going dt" when we have terrans doing 1 fac cc like every fricken game. dts are far more aggressive and fun to watch than the P just expanding | ||
