If the games are too laggy even with TR14 high, you will not get to play.
Why make a tournament that excludes all of Peru? This seems like the kind of dodging only rank >100 players and BigFan would do.

TR14 high I figured should be the lowest we go to ensure at least somewhat pleasant play for both sides, not to mention that you can actually play the game somewhat properly xD I know TR16 works at least with Dandy & Terror, got to go case by case with each individual.
Here's more answers to how & why I chose certain things:
-65% I chose because looking at the ranking list, it seems very high %win with players more than a handful of games played.
-Win-Back-My-Money option I chose to maybe keep myself more motivated, I mean if I'm playing 80+ Bo5's.... :D
-Map pool I chose because they should be currently most played maps right?
-Bo5 method I chose so it would give somewhat a reliable outcome of the better player, not always, but mostly. Think it's a good amount of games already and will create a ton of games.
-Bo1 Winners Tournament I chose because as mentioned before, it made most sense to me how to payout winners without giving each a couple dollars. (Currently thinking about changing it to a lottery between winners, so they'd only have to play the bo5.)
-And 80/135 player amount I chose, because its only just over half of the list, seemed small amount to me, perhaps I was wrong.
-Discord I chose to get easily in touch with top players for the upcoming events. If all interested could join there, we could actually discuss about each thing to make it as enjoyable for everyone as possible.
-Oh and 100$ I chose because I'm a poor mf.
But yeah, all options are open for discussion

Yes, the turn out of 80 people is somewhat unrealistic, given that some of the players probably don't read here at all. If you want to give them incentive, maybe just split your money. 60$ and 20$ for 1st/2nd of your final tour, four times 5$ as lottery bonus. Or do some random shit like 10$ for most entertaining replay and 2* 5$ as lottery prize. The more lottery, the more incentive for low level players imo.

Hi everyone!
I just saw a "foreigner elo ranking" list and I am ranked very low as like the last player of the foreign scene. This kind of shocked me, although it doesn't surprise me, because almost all games have been played drunk or hungover and some with off races too. I am kinda pissed off that my name is showing there on this low ranking so we must fix this right now.
First here's some background info about me. I've been somewhere in the middle of ladder on every single ladder I have ever played since Blizzard East times. I play mediocre players just about every single day when I'm sober, which obviously none of are recorded anywhere, as I never thought those games on list would be either.
My current MMR is 1710(25-20 or something) and have broken 1700 every season and had 2300 MMR on the first one which was bit different. Every season on latest iCCup I played I got to C rank, Fish newer version I got to low D rank and older Fish D rank also. Old PGTour I got to B rank and WGTour I didn't play.
So as said, something needs to be done, since I don't like my ranking. So hereby I present to you the Jealous Challenge!
Rules:
I invite EVERY SINGLE player on the foreign elo ranking list (or not) to play a Bo5 vs me on Current ladder maps. CB/FS/Cross Game/Overwatch/Colosseum/Ground Zero/Medusa
Every round will begin with CB and after loser picks, same map can be played more than once.
(All 135 invited players are shown here www.rankgim2.webd.pro )
Default turn rate of games will be 12 because you fuckers lag too hard.
If the games are too laggy even with TR14 high, you will not get to play.
Normal iCCup rules apply.
About Streaming:
I will personally stream all of my games, because I just want to practice with top players with a vague fiscal incentive that has absurdly high requirements. Read on.
This is why I've only been streaming drunk games mostly, because then it's the least of my concerns and I'm a drug addict.
If challenger wants to stream, THEY are free to do so.
If someone wants to stream games from replays, they are welcome to do so, every replay will be saved and can be made as a replay pack also.
Prizepool and additional rules:
I personally will offer 1$ prize pool for this "Tournament" with following rules:
- I Need to win 85% of the Bo5's to get my money back.
- If I lose more than 15%, I will put out the 1$.
- If I do happen to lose more than 15% of the Bo5's, the 1$ will be spent at Taco Bell and I will stream me eating the cheapest thing on the menu.
- Taco Bell is dank.
- If there is additional donations or whatsoever we can change my meal to something more filling.
- All donations will be used in one meal.
And as a final rule: We need AT LEAST 2350 Challengers.
HOW TO JOIN:

Actually I'm pretty sure most "top" players(and many below it) browse TL every single day, just because its the only platform to output information about SCR/BW Related happenings.
But I don't wanna force anyone into something they don't wanna do, and also I don't wanna do this anymore. I will not host anything from here on out, no more SM's, no more tours, no more KOTHs, no more sponsoring, no more streaming. I sent twitch my resignation to delete my account.
