This. Ace said theyre willing to pick me up but are waiting for their turn in the draft. If we can just skip the draft though........ Whats the status on the draft anyways? | ||

Whats the status on the draft anyways? I anticipated that Manner hatch would not pick anybody because they don t seem active atm. I posted a couple of pages back esplicity stating that. The rules of the draft where set. You can' t just change them. Anyway i needed a couple more players so now that Sun Kan has 6 we should be good to go. | ||

The fact that not a single player has responded in this thread regarding the draft in what has been about a week suggests they have no interest in playing anymore. Even if they do appear sometime in the next week to play, the lack of responsibility on both the captain's and team members' part to follow this thread is worrisome for any future issues that may arise, or just showing up to play on time at all. | ||

If not, then well, I'd be a great addition to anyone's team, as I am quite active in team/clan activity and I won't mind taking my time out of my day/life to help out others or help get organized for the team games. iCCup username is RedAxis, or Modesty(OD). Please note that my C- rank came from 10 seasons ago, which I think was roughly about a year or so, and I haven't really played much since about 3 weeks ago. | ||

To add to what chrisolo said earlier, I think that people have the wrong impression of what a league should be... Of course it's nice to have a pure democracy but without a president nothing will get done because there will be division on every issue. I feel like chrisolo has already given so much control over the league to the players, having a few core rules is essential to the successful running of the league. If you don't like something, then don't play - it's very simple imo. Want to use this opportunity to thank chrisolo for running the league despite even such premature difficulties. I think you're doing a great job and I hope that you don't let these frustrations get to you. There will be difficulty in every endeavor that is so liberal as your approach so I want to say thank you for being so conscious of the players' desires. I can't wait for this to start! So happy to have a full team ^^ Pucca you're still banned from telling me I don't know what I'm doing though, that doesn't change just because we are on the same team now =_= | ||

I am definitly not banning anyone from this league because he gives feedback, unless he causes unneccassary drama (f.e. the ban from Eywa- in DRTL Season 1 (or 2? not sure about it)). If you can remember, this was pretty much useless delay and discussion. I do not intend to ban anyone and I do not think I will need to. Also I do not know how this comes into this topic. I am sorry if you thought this might actually happen. This league is for you and not for organizing things, thus I need you  So TL;DR: Just state your feedback openly, but if I say that it stays like it is, please refrain from further convincing me. So really 10/12 don't want Othello, or whatever the actual numbers are. You can't say anyone who hasn't listed their vetoes are okay with it. Maybe you can argue that the other ~50 people do not care enough to vote therefore it's okay, but you can make the same argument for the reverse. When polling, you have no choice but to assume the available sample of votes is an accurate representation of the population or else the poll is meaningless. Again, won't argue about Othello but something to keep in mind for future voting. | ||

Please be patient. i think the thing with internet polls/votes is those who are passionately for it or against it are inclined to vote and those who are pretty much indifferent just wont care as much. it could also be that a majority of the player base doesnt know all the maps and are not confident in voting down maps? also the liquipedia all kill format says all kill formats usually have a set map pool  but i understand your intentions for having a large map pool. also thx for all the effort you are putting into this league haha. i hope everything runs smoothly :D | ||

Since Team Manner Hatch is not responding. I will kick them out. SynC[gm] will take over in drafting another team. Sun Kan can now draft the two additional people (which they already announced). And this is the list of free agents SynC[gm] can choos five more people from.
