As much as i like sayle' s cast (and appreciate it), GC has traditionally been casted by hacklebeast. I do not accept that it was only one' s person decision to not have hacklebeat cast anymore . | ||

 . It's clear by the numbers that sayle is a more popular caster, and GC is lucky to have him.And sayle has casted about as much GC as I have, maybe even more, so I'm really not the "traditional" caster either. | ||

Two reasons why: First, it doesn't make scene to cocast with anyone on the GC team. Sayle is an anomaly among casters in that he is actually better without a cocaster. Sayle has a particular style of casting which means that, in the vast majority of cases, whoever is on with him is a drag (the lone exception to this imo is elegant). If sayle is casting, the cast is better without me. In the case of PK/noise, that is a bad idea as well. Not only is 3 person foreign casts almost always a bad idea, but it's simply not fair to them. I shouldn't be lurking around as a constant reminder of who they are replacing, for people to make unfair comparisons. They should be their own entity, and my successes/failures in casting should have no bearing on how they are viewed. This is, regrettably, unavoidable in the same way it is unavoidable for sayle to me. But there is no reason to make it easier in this way. Some might say that that should be left up to them, but it's unfair to force them to make a decision like that where they might have to be the villain like that. Second reason is that I'm doing shit Sundays . Two weeks ago I was casting ribbon tour, today i casted another ribbon tour, next week I will be casting the polish tour, and the next Sunday I will be casting yet another ribbon tour (most likely). Since I freed up my Sundays after I stopped casting GC, there were plenty of people who wanted to fill that void. | ||
