Well eon didnt lie about cheat, just dont say LRM in general, cause im 100% sure players like bakuryu, pike, trutacz, dragon,.... didnt even know about cheat till it was all exposed.. but well its a past ..

Like I said, I wouldn't handle a CW case unless I had SS of the whole CW (which is why I said it was up to the ref).
Otherwise, the sas issue. I wasn't asking about whether or not to ban TechnicS. TechnicS would have received his ban in the second round if sas agreed to let him play for the finals (it's just that it's kind of unfair that a first offence leads to a finals ban, but in the end that's the rules - so I don't see a problem with offering an alternative).
As for inconsistency, I agree, this season has been trash. I have no one to help me with anything but ref CWs. Honestly, the constant flame that has come out from the players has given me second thoughts about the league especially given that it's a clan league, everything is amplified... Hence the results don't get updated (I generally don't have time and when I do have time, I don't spend it on Brood War)

I dont want to change the score, becouse theres no bais for that kind of action. But this is getting really silly, I say that there were problems with being manner and that I msg the referee but it didnt help, show the proof of bm behavior (Screen Shots) and then I hear that not only I might get banned but my whole team.
What more Eywa, plese dont write things that I didnt say/write, there was not a place where I've writed that im 'saint' so please dont mislead people, ok?

So is bm ok or not ok? if its not ok, punish people, if its ok, dont punish them. SJ vs LRM is not an exception just because of their history. Letting it slide is just going to exacerbate problems and create more problems in future. Im pretty sure I know who mazur is talking about, and I agree action should be taken if said player is at fault for bming, and if bming is disallowed.

Just let me know who from LRM) you guys don't want to play against and we'll look into seeing if they have committed a bm offence this season that may have gone unpunished.

Additions:

- Leaders may only chat concerning getting games started (name of players, gn/pw, lag test request).
- Post in thread must be limited to rescheduling requests directed at other team and player additions (use forms listed in OP to contact via PM for other things).
Any other conduct than listed above will be considered a ban-able offence. No exceptions. (shouting out that the opposition just committed an offence is also an offence, so please don't do it... We'll notice (if not, address it privately))
