Not really a disappointment, I knew the outcome as soon as "lag" became an issue.

Pretty sure you knew how this was going to go as well. I mean scheduling a game at midnight and claiming it's not that bad...seems fair.

Semi Final Preview: (contains spoilers)
SJ: Interestingly enough SJ has sub 50% vsZ win-rate for each race. If you know the results of SJ's last clan-match you would conclude that they have bad vsZ, no matter how good you say Ace is. Maybe it's just a clash of player's styles for SJ vs LRM but for some reason they seem to come out on top in the past few clan-wars.

LRM: LRM somehow managed to get themselves into a bind, after being #1 for most of the league, as they ended up in a three way stand off for the last play-off spot between themselves and CN to battle against reps. With some good fortune, technics managed to all-kill and CN did not show up thus LRM secured the final play-off spot. LRM has a better repertoire of players than their semi finalist rivals but seem to have a hard time against SJ, so let's see if they can keep this momentum and go all the way to the finals.

For the sake of a non ZvZ fest grand finals, I'm rooting for SJ! Gogo Mazur!

First of all, sorry for not showing up on our previous match against reps). However, it is a team decision and that I am regret to announce that CN will withdraw from the Round 2 of GC3.
When we first joined, both Eywa and us thought the internet in China is improving bit by bit such that we'd be able to play in GC3 but apparently that is not the case. Nobody, not even Chinese players like to play in lag to be honest, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. What baffles me is how come only 1 team can forgo the opportunity to directly play CN...
Apart from that, we also feel the rules set by the organisers aren't aren't too fair and chaotic at times. For example, changing a crucial game to our midnight such that most of our players aren't available, we are not asking for favours, all our previous games were played 17:00 CET so why suddenly move it to 1800 for an important (plus potential longer match?).
Also the suspension of the match between CN vs LRM after we lead 1:0 is a bit dubious, and we all know the initial decision of letting reps) advance is......
I must say my players have been very dedicated to the competition, playing till late night, missing family gathering on festivals etc... But there comes a time when we feel that our players' time is not worth spending in an unfair competition. As such the team has decided collectively that we shall withdraw from Round 2, and hence Grand final of Gambit Cup 3.
Thanks and really sorry to our kind sponsor, caihead, and to everyone looking forward to our games. I am sure in the future we can see more games from the Chinese players, possibly in showmatches etc etc... I hope the competition will run smoothly from now on and hope more of the discussion will be towards to actual game rather than even more drama.
Long may the foreign brood scene thrive! HaFnium

I'm not going to comment on the decision, however, Chinese players have dedicated less time to this league than the average player in Gambit's Cup. There were more short clan wars than basically any other team. And that's not to mention the time spent by casters and staff... Hacklebeast, Sayle, etc... In the end, it's your decision to withdraw, but don't go out with the entitlement of "we tried" because you really didn't. The VPN solution I asked you to implement, took me exactly 3 minutes to implement it on my friend's computer through telling him what to do. You weren't even willing to attempt a help at translating for that.
As for the holiday, there was no advance notice, you didn't make it to an alternate time when it was given to you and it was LRM) and reps) that showed up for the less than ideal solution to a big problem. When the previous sentence defines a team who "tried", you can give yourself the title of "dedicated".

dude honestly no offense but after you say you're not going to comment on the decision, you write a paragraph which is a comment on the decision... Sad to see CN go, but there obviously are too many problems.
Also did Zaraki mention he may have troubles with internet/etc so we may need to promote a new temp leader? Not sure if he did, and since I don't know when or how long he will be without net (should be 1 week +/- few days) I believe he wanted to promote dsaqwe but I'm sure he sent you an e-mail.

If you seriously think you weren't commenting on their decision, you either really believe your own semantic bs or you're lying to yourself. You're entitled to your anger. But don't pretend that you're not commenting on their decision. Maybe you should try not being a dick.

Similarly, saying the manner in which you left vs whether or not you should have left are two entirely different things. I don't think you can distinguish them or you're trolling... Either way, I don't really care (I've never seen you post before so I can't tell, whereas I can tell DraW is trolling because he always does).
