Sea's 3rd is running and has started his 4th at 6 o clock though, with plenty of defense back home. Jangbi still hasn't started his 3rd yet... edit: nvm, Jangbi starts his 3rd at hsi mineral only. It looks like he's taking 12 o clock too.
