for a zerg, don't know why you're saying that. Jd was on 3 gas because of getting his fourth cliffed. He can't move out because flash map control. Yeah he can just drop like 2-3 hatches and just make lings. But its going to wasted after a few rounds.
I've seen JD and Effort have under 400min in long macro games.

Yeah when they had 4 gas. You notice how its low now?
Flash attacks 6. Finally a few swarms. but JD still without enough units to defend properly. Pulls back his drones and loses the hatch.
JD still hasn't secured the cliff at 2, unable to mine gas.
Flash attempts to push on 3 but pulls back.
105 supply JD to 155 Flash.
JD with another assault attempt near 9, ultra ling. Flash scans them before they even cross the bridge, brings reinforcements, but with good swarms for JD, takes out the large group of tanks at 9.
Flash assaulting 3, and runs into a large group of ultras. Flash loses a lot of tanks there and backs off.
Flash resupplying his army, meanwhile his vessels irradiate ultras guarding 3. Another engagement ends in flash losing a lot of forces once again and being forced back.
