Check the big DOWNLOAD button at the bottom of the OP  That has all the replays that I collected from people for the previous round - I think only 1 or 2 matches are missing.

Thats ok, I'm not ttseason, i'm playing GTR on the B-team, so our 1 smashing per match quota will not be exceeded.

Yah about that with GTR - he was just B-Team but then A-Team needed replacements and I can't get in touch with pandasaurus or FoShO so he's next in line.
EDIT: Never mind we got in touch with danny I think! Check the lineups to see the appropriate replacements!

OK guys Leg wanting to be added to the QLD team made me realise that The B-Teams were starting to use the same lineup each week where some of the better players at like C- were included.
To counter this and also accommodate highly ranked B-Team members into the A-Team each A-Team gets a B-Team member to be promoted. This means A-Teams consist of 7 players now which works out well because of the BO7 matches coming up during playoffs.
I will pick the players, and it cannot be the captain of the B-Team. Check the results thread for the new rosters.
SAWA and Cam I know this doesn't really affect you and it only really advantages the QLDNT team but being at the bottom of the ladder it's not like it's giving them a huge lead or anything.

Yeah well the issue with the QLD/NT B team is that there are fewer players than NSW and VIC B-Teams kinda like SAWA A-Team.
QLD B is already spanking everyone without adding a B+ protoss to the lineup. Just try and keep in touch with paul and naifu to see that they turn up and it'll be fine

Updated OP with diff lineup for NSWACT - Marine50 swapped with Danny so that he is doing 2v2 now and marin50 is in the 1v1.
Osiris try get in touch with your opponent ASAP. He is sometimes on iCCup but also PM him on TeamLiquid.

Keeping people updated with who can play tonight:
smb - GoD- is online atm
EdgE if you are there your 1v1 and all 2v2 players are online now
incognito your opponent can play tonight after about 7:30
torp and smbk your 2v2 opps were online
bren - karnivool is online
booktwo - if zoroastra doesn't know lkori is online and may be a replacement
SeMu might not be able to play as a friend is visiting so LoSt might wanna find a replacement - wretched or osiris come to mind.

Guys it's getting less organised - so please leave feedback for this round.
Specifically I have some things to consider:
1) Do you want more notice of your opponent, matchup and time when you can play?
2) If so, by what method?
3) Do you want captains to submit a single backup player per game so you know both possible matchups to play and if neither of those players show up you get w.o. This means more walkovers probably, and less flexibility in getting who's online/

Backup players are good, but I'm not sure if every team has them (especially the B teams). I think the current system is fine. If the other team doesn't have a backup, and the person you are meant to play doesn't show up, it's a w.o.
With that being said, a simple method of being notified of your match is your cap'n letting you know. Noodle has been great, he just pings me on msn with the lineup.

Game nights on Saturday or Sunday, not both. If you cannot make it then schedule a TIME and DATE beforehand or on that day. The reason there are so many w.o's and replacements and shit is that someone might show on Sat and not on Sun and the other way around for the other player and it gets all fucked up.

as others said, i dont think backup players should be necasary. I think making the game night a specific night and time, and then letting players either let the captains or other person know that they cant rock up at that time so they can re-arrange another time would be best.
ie: Game night for specific vic vs sawa could be sunday starting at 6pm, all players are expected to showup within 30 minutes of then unless otherwise telling either the player they're playing or the captain (therefor pawning the responsibility off to the captain to either get another player to play for you, changing roster asap, or letting the other teams captain/player know what the go is).
Everyone _SHOULD_ be able to be in contact thru the SoO round [1/2/3/4/5] threads if they cant make it... Anything else is just lack of organizing by the other team/other teams captain and deserves a w/o, theres nothing more that can be done, it takes all of 1 minute of your time to post in this thread and say "i cant make it on sunday at 6, i'm available at "..." dates this week, pm me a time you'd otherwise want to play".
