I wouldn't count out 815 against calm. He has won 9 in his last 10 and it's zvz so...
Flash and luxury will win their games. I am a bit unsure about luxury vs kal though. If it goes to ace then Violet > Kal.

We are conservative with our names. We still call practice for luxury and there is probably a host of pro gamers who has changed their name and we still call them by their old ones. Why start doing things the right way now :p

Yeah. It's not like KT is actually playing for something other than team morale right now and Flash has two individual league games coming up. Plus it's Match Point, so I too expect Violet to be the ace choice.

It's a lose/win situation you see. I know it's unlikely, I looked at the map statistics beforehand and I just cursed and posted it anyway. But if things do turn out this way, I got the predictions right as the only one, and I finally would climb some ranks on fantasy proleague. I surely wouldn't mind to see Flash and Calm duke it out, but the map seems favored towards T and with Flash in his current form I don't like those odds.

KaL definitely have a chance of winning in his PvZ, he is in an all Zerg MSL group so he probably only practice vs Z 24/7. And by judging his recent one base pimpness against Hyuk, he can take this game. The main thing is Calm. If Calm managed to win his game, then going to Ace will be a tossup unless Notice pulls something crazy and upset Violet.

By TLPD standards, his TvT winstreak was interrupted by Iris and his TvT streak is a 9 (heh much shorter), whereas his TvZ streak is much larger at 15.

From what I understand, Kespa counts the same games that TL counts minus GOM games.

no.. there are only 3 kespa santioned leagues
proleague, OSL and MSL.
All others, even if you see a "kespa referee" as one of the observers doesn't necessarily mean its sanctioned by kespa.. which includes STX masters, gom, all-star games, pre-season exhibitions etc
Also, only kespa sanctioned games will count to the kespa ranking of each player (obviously)

Kespa does not count WCG, or else Flash would be on a 12 win streak with his 4 WCG games (2-0 Jwaja and 2-0 of Effort). Flash's interviewer after his win against Yarnc said he was on an 8 game streak, which would be right if they don't count WCG and Gom.

Does anyone know if Flash will even get 3 points from Cuteangel if he wins? His Elo is only 2026 compared to Flash's 2364.
Looking around on Google, there are a number of different ways to calculate Elo, so I don't know which standard TLPD uses.

Regardless, if Flash wins he will atleast tie it because I don't think it's possible to get only 1 point from any nonretired player. Tying the record is usually breaking it because it was done in more modern/competitive times.

According to this one, Flash would only get 2 points from a 2026 opponent...but that's with the 15 FIDE modifier, which as far as I know doesn't exist here (since nobody is over 2400 Elo)

I'm just hoping he can stick to it today. I can bear him losing to Stork because that's motherfucking Stork and he still has a shot at the OSL, but man, not frozean.

If I were Flash, I'd practice for the OSL and MSL games. Even with the TvT streak on the line, individual leagues are more important than Proleague given that KT has already won the first round.
On the other hand, Flash will potentially play TvT again in the MSL group, so any practice for today's game ought to be a good investment.

Kal was going 1 base tech though. Attacking before his tech is the right thing to do, and I don't think it's an indication that Lux is afraid of a long game.

as a D+ zerg, ive been playing alot of tosses around my level, and lately, i think about the the last ten zvps i have played, the tosses love going FE with 1 cannon and zealot to protect their base. instead of wanting to play a 5-hatch hydra play or late game defiler-ultra-ling, i am forced to just get like 2 control groups of speedlings and destroy the weak defense.
its what they get for teching too fast without scouting. kinda like what happened to kal.

Notice has done lots of econ damage though, and takes down the nex at the 7 o clock's natural. He's seigeing against a pylon wall at the 7 main.
This game is pretty nuts... I think Violet has the advantage, but it's hard to say.

They are all decent 50/50 terrans that play strong straight up games and keep playing in rotation and with cuteangel playing well too it doesnt look too bad. Im impressed by Notice's TvP though

Notice only has 1 mining base, recall is going for it. Sci vessel forces the arb to turn back but the emp misses. He comes in from another angle and the base has to lift.
Violet has this.
(ops, I didn't know the 3 had been re built.... it's a bit more even than I thought... but the fpvod shows that notice's supply is pretty low.)

Notice's army is fucking massive, but these recalls are ruining his economy.

Notice has so many tanks. No matter how many stasis and storms are thrown, there are too many to be completely taken out.

Notice should expand to the center and just turtle up there.
