As a huge Skyhigh fan I have to say he is a bit overrated at the moment. For instance he has been on the PR a few times and basically nobody has ever complained, but he really hasn't done that much overall in terms of the individual leagues. He deserved it after the reverse all kill for sure, but overall he has shown flashes of brilliances but has been marred by brutal inconsistency.
He has really blown quite a few games that he should not have lost, especially in TvZ (don't forget the GOM loss to July ... I mean come on) which I guess he needs to work on a bit.
The thing that is tempting about Skyhigh is that he has demonstrated that he is capable of winning against anyone. Indeed, that's what is tempting about all of the CJ next generation players (Effort, Skyhigh, Movie).
I think if Skyhigh figures it all out he could be nearly as good as Flash (and maybe even better in the individual leagues where a hard to analyze style is arguably better). But that's a gigantic IF and he's definitely at least one, likely two or more starleague seasons away from being a legitimate contender to win one.
In fact, I would argue that at the moment, Movie is actually a better player.
+ Show Spoiler +Movie has just ballered his way into both leagues, and is arguably the third best Protoss player at the moment ... only Bisu, Stork, and Kal are in that discussion and only Stork is going to be in both leagues like Movie is.

Terran its just about turtling hard and getting expos by pushing time to time

Maybe just preventing Light to expand on base (3), 4 and 5? He had economic/units advantage to do this and keep expanding ... recalling in main was pointless, was only a good way to waste resources and allow Light to come back.
Moreover Violet has a good melee skill with storming etc. (army vs army i mean) and should just have used this skill to prevent Light from exp (at 6 and 4 o'clock)
If a T play so defensivly with 10000 turrets, he has no way to win a game with correct play by P, it's too much waste of time and mineral, P has only to avoid to waste 10 arbiter against them ... (something Violet didn't manage to do ...).

This would be assuming sKyHigh can even beat Shine. After all, I think Shine's better than ggaemo.

Unlike Effort and Movie who are actually good,Moive cant beat everyone PvP its not that good with his low apm, Skyhigh is not capable of beating anyone, especially dragons and any A/S-class Zerg and has never proved it and seems like he never will judging by his loss to ggaemo.
Edit: TvT he is actually good The rest of his mus are basically all hype with no results to back them up

I trust Violet will beat next opponent (whoever will be the one) and rehabilitate himself qualifying for MSL

Wow skyhigh sucks at delaying the 12hatch.

The thing is... Violet did keep killing Light's bases. Especially the bottom right. But it was costing him too much every time. He won the battles too - but not emphatically. And his recalls never really touched Light's production capability. Violet's only clear advantage was with the early-game kookiness after he got his expo up safely, and Light kept him from capitalizing on that.

Violet PVZ isn't bad and is playing well also vs T. ... he just have to use his brain a little more.

...that was not the correct way to bust a Zerg's third.

M&M with 2 firebats vs ... Lings. 5 lings go down failing to snipe FB, no sunks are coming up. SHines going to hope that mutas come out in time. They do and 3rd is saved.

Shine taking a few turrets and quite a number of SCVs with his mutalisk harrass.

Nice muta micro by Shine. I like it. I root for Skyhigh 'cuz we need more non-zerg gamer in the MSL but the situation doesn't seem favouring for him at all.
