It's also a 512 man tourney, split into 8 groups of 64. Only the top person in their 64 gets a license, and that means you can be drafted by a proteam IF they want to pick you. I think it's possible people have got a license but haven't been picked up by a team for various reasons (age is probably the biggest one) | ||
