All they are doing is putting the rule in there so they have something to refer back to if someone steps over the line. Ceremonies are getting more and more crazy and its only really a matter of time before someone does something wrong. Kespa just has the rule there so if/when this happens, they can point to the rule when enforcing a punishment. Kespa is not anti-ceremonies. How boring. ; o o ; ; o o ; ; o o ; ; o Yeah actually 1 person does some serious ceremonies and it is FBH. I rly dislike any unnecesary fucking rules. It doesnt rly hurt anyone and theres no fucking reason to bound ppl`s freedom to express themselves ;; t , T

I cant tell if they mean offensive to the general public or offensive to the other player. None of firebathero's ceremonies would be considered offensive from a public standpoint (except maybe the shirtless one). I think they mean to the player and the public... the ceremony he had w/ the rice was extremely offensive to the opposing team (it can be translated as the equivalent of giving the finger)

T.O and OchoCinco) won't care about it, and just do what they want and take the fine ? or is it going to count as a forfiet loss or what ? Wierd bump but okay. They don't penalize the entire team for one player generally speaking. Player gets a warning, fine, and/or relieved from the game.
