Well, as I saw it at least, the standard games were more like long, slow deaths in which they didn't win any encounters at all. You couldn't tell their skill from a lot of those games just because they were completely outclassed.
Well, being killed in under 8 minutes doesn't show anything at all. I mean, against progamers, cheese is not so much of a "do or die" strategy than rather a "do and die faster" strategy..

If I remember right Eriador had a chance to beat Nada in that game but his mouse settings were screwed up or something. And then got destroyed.
See though, I think alot of the reasons why these foreigners are losing isn't only because of their mechanics. Its their ability to adapt. or the lack of adaption that us foreigners have. They should know better to change plan once an scv or something scouts your crucial tech. or if your expansion isnt staying up then might as well change your ways about it!

is there any way to get these replays?

You remember yellow (?) saying something "this looks bad for nada" but only with eriadors units in a progamers situation, meaning, sure if yellow himself was sitting there he might been able to win, but not eriador.

It shows resourcefulness and guts, or at least it can be interpreted as such. Daniel Lee likes it for that reason.
I also think the point is valid that if you confront a pro gamer in his comfort zone (i.e. standard play), you have 0 chance of accomplishing anything, whereas if you cheese you might have some chance.

Spirit is the best thing since TSL, but its not getting as much coverage. Where are there more discussions about the games?
Daniel Lee and Artosis make a good commentating team... even with Artosis' overly-repeated phrases I could listen to Daniel's proteam stories all day.
What a fantastic way to bring the pro and foreign communities together...

Ooh? How does that work? He isn't head coach anymore. Apparently some teams have said they are interested in foreigner players. And IEG will be offering them. Say Khan wants a foreigner. I doubt Daniel will decide for them which one.
Even in the case of eStro, if the current coach doesn't like the player Daniel has in mind, what will happen?

Dude this is just one of a million cases were you make yourself look like a fucking dick.
Stop stating shit you don't fucking know, its okay that your an asshole , but stfu if you aren't 100% knowledgeable alright?
TL.net is a great place. Try not to know everything about everything dude. You are obviously very smart guy, can you use it constructively just fucking once... if you did the forum would be a better place!

AttackZerg you are the biggest TL suckup I've ever seen .. is it your life's dream to be made a mod or something? You're like 10 times more annoying than anyone else on these forums right now.
Edit: The point is not that there's anything wrong with loving TL, it's just annoying to see someone act like they're a pseudomod.

Look child, I would NEVER want to be a mod ever.
He has trolled about 10-15 of my posts alone with his stupid (almost always wrong) bullshit. He posts all over the general forum and never actually says anything constructive.
I love TL because I've been here almost 6 years and it has so many fucking awesome people, and unfortuntely in the last year or so many lame people go around trying to be king of the fucking hill .... when they aren't.
I doubt asking somebody to not always be a faggot is how a mod would approach the situation.
(I am not posting about this anymore. Sorry for thread derailment , but it had to be said)

How can I be wrong? Daniel doesn't work for a proteam anymore. How can he hand out invitations? Seems to me he is handing out recommendations, which obviously will be well respected.

I agree with you, but I also think playing standard and trying to beat the progamer at their comfort zone shows guts as well. You know it's going to be hard, but you're still trying to beat him with standard play. Sounds pretty gutsy to me;)

Watched the Castro game. I'm really glad at least one guy took a game off a pro-gamer, B-team or not.

Artosis you ledgend! Watching now!~
edit:
-"He's on the first class seat of an airoplane right now." -"Where to, Daniel?" -"Not to Korea."
Hahahaha I laughed out loud at that.

Great update! I'm still in the process of watching the most recent VODs. Thanks a lot Artosis.
