That's the Bisu style of bisu build: amazing micro, multitasking, distracing by zealots/corsair then drop/sneaky Dt to kill drones on other base... etc. Conversly, Best has a terrible micro skill among top protoss player.

If you didnt recognize this, you must hadn't watched enough Bisu vods.

To be fair, when Bisu was hot stuff back in the day, every clown on ICCup was copying this style. They were all awful at it, but it was very common. The multitasking DT style has fallen out of favor, and Bisu was the only one who really mastered it, so if someone is taking down progamers on ladder using it, there's a good chance it's Bisu - that's their reasoning. Plus, all of these players have probably played Bisu hundreds of times in practice and can recognize his play, so their gut feeling is probably right.

Especially the zealot-harrass-multitasking is just amazing to watch, how he dismantles top players' defensive play with just basic units, surgically creates a situation for the corsairs and DTs to strike.

If you play a lot of BW yourself you know how annoying such a style can be, if you get lured/forced out of your comfort zone by just clever, actually quite logical use of the units one can have. How your game can crumble if the oppo gives you just 2-3 things to juggle at once, where others just do cookie-cutter moves with the same amount/type of units.
When I saw JD play vs Bisu I kept thinking "no, don't send ALL the lings there" or "dude, send one ling to scout that OTHER path now", but it's easy to see as an observer and sick hard to stay on top of all that if you're playing, even for a pro seemingly.
Surely the people who can pull these styles off repeatedly are gifted with a special talent for this, their micro/macro might even be mediocre but they can see the game with their opponents eyes or something, they have like a brain-region/neural-net that can process that interaction apart from what everyone else has.

bisu has a fingerprint even after military. i am looking forward to seeing his games. i think the scene is wide open for him

I mean while Best has a god macro skill, on other hand his micro is awful relatively to other top protoss. In PvZ his corsairs were named "dohsairs" by some as a joke, due to his awful corsair microing. Bisu conversely can dodge a scourge trap from JD (watch the games in OP).

Join army(serving military service) doesn't mean you are completely blocked from the society and using the Internet.
Of course we get annual vacation + bonus vacation as a reward. some vacations can be given if your family member is in a danger level to pass away or already passed away due to the incident. Rush played vs this so called "익명토스" (anonymous toss) an hour ago and compared hot keys in bw chart with the bisu's ones after the game (by his viewers request). And though he didnt set "hotkey selection" option, it was 100% match.
