The killing part is at 50 seconds, where Larva says, "If this is the Bisu I know, a dark templar already left towards the 6 o'clock base."

And ten seconds later a dark templar is slaying drones there.
Aldaris was the good guy of Brood War.

I honestly think the time off is great for pro-gamers like Bisu, JD, and Flash. The wear and tear and strain on their hands and wrists is bad. The break is an opportunity to rest without people thinking you are washed up or retired. I also think they are reaching an age where you win more with your head then raw mechanics. I've certainly gotten better in my thirties because life has helped me develop a healthy brain for logic and understanding. It will be great to see how this helps Bisu.

I think there's still a place for the old legends, but they're just less consistent now. JD has fallen the hardest. It feels bad watching him burn out and get killed early on in these tournaments. Yet when I watch his FPVODs it's clear he still has the killer instinct and is a genius at predicting his opponents, he just suffers late game and his APM slips heavily. Flash skipped ASL7 to rest, which is probably going to help significantly for 8. Bisu was doing well before he left for the army, he surprisingly lost to Sea and Shine in ASL2 and 3, but he was consistently in the top 4. The progamers still have really robust tournament mindsets and don't get as nervous offline. The new era SC2-to-BW pros which have won the last four premiers (Last, Rain, SK), despite their exceptional mechanics, have fallen apart in series play versus the legends in spectacular fashion before (thinking JD 4-0 Rain specifically, or Last vs Flash on numerous occasions). I think they just have two separate ways of looking at the game and preparing for matches, and the new guys have been getting the best of it lately as the legends continue to fatigue. I just hope Bisu kills it when he gets back and doesn't stall out like Zero.

It's less than 2 years now

Nice, nice, he seems to still possess his old vZ flair. I am always well disposed towards any player that comes and offers us the plebs some good spectacle. But Bisu is special in the sense that his grace and precision is irreplaceable. I am eagerly awaiting his stream.

It was two years for Bisu. The rules changed after he was in service so it didn't effect him.

I'd say he left too early, but atleast it means he's back soon now rather than us having to wait even longer!

His was a forced summons. He actually delayed it quite a bit too iirc.

Larva also states in one of the other videos, something along the lines of, "vs Protoss if I get even 2 lings inside in the main, I feel ahead. Against Bisu, I feel behind because his probe control is just too good"

Hahahaha, https://youtu.be/GH-iYXshBow?t=673 Streamer (JD I assume) tabs back to his third after some heavy hydra aggression to find the entire mineral line dead to a DT and Larva literally falls out of his chair.

Really wish I knew Korean and could understand the video damn

That's the Bisu style of bisu build: amazing micro, multitasking, distracing by zealots/corsair then drop/sneaky Dt to kill drones on other base... etc. Conversly, Best has a terrible micro skill among top protoss player.

If you didnt recognize this, you must hadn't watched enough Bisu vods.

You realized that he wrote Best instead of Bisu there? Best's macro is almost god level.
