Awsome thread by the way!!  \Edit: I should of read the second part... they are rare b/c it is much harder to memorize and practice 9 different possible matchups as appose to just the 3. Or that is at least why IMO | ||

ChRh > Terran Giyom > Protoss Race Pickers don't count as random players, so that leaves Testie out of the picture. There are no random players anymore because there's no point of practicing 9 possible matchups. It's just too much to handle. But, if you can say for it's time, ChRh and Grrrr.... were probably the best random players. | ||

RvR on Monghwan GOGOGO! And you'd still have to practice the other MU's though... because eventually you'd play those matches. You'd think, at least. | ||

but if other players played random they would own eri..a lot of non koreans as well..not to mention koreans :O.. the best randoms probably don't differ so much from the best players in general.. | ||

so i was prolly the best whom was actually random only for a really significant period of time, but even at my peak, lots of players were better with every race. i was probably also better at knowing what builds were better from random than from picked race than other people though, and at one point I was extremely good at playing zerg vs gas openings because while others played 90% of their zvt / zvp vs 2 rax and 2 gate and fast exp, i played 90% vs fast gas. | ||

joyo is not a random player What eri said is the answer, he is the best but only because hes the only true random player. The others are BETTER random players but dont random as he did. His success was done while not selecting a race, purely. Testie could do better not selecting a race but has not done that like eri has. another name to add, didnt Elky go random at the very end of his courier? I think he won a couple pro league games with z/p not sure though. | ||
