I followed the BW scene from OSL/MSL/SPL days -> SSL, ASL days so if you're referring to events outside of Korea I may not be as informed. | ||

The crazy thing for me is how crazy different it is watching BW in proper SD again compared to Remastered, it looks so similar yet so different. It's kinda cool. Also glad they got the FBH dance in at the end <3 | ||

For these kind of videos? Because there is way too much amazing music out there to pick one favorite style. There is great music in pretty much every single genre tbh. Anyway, I personally really like the stuff that OGN/MBC used during the second half of professional Brood War for videos. I used to watch a lot of frag movies/montages from various fps games and most of them used the same music. Nowadays, all you get is generic electronic music (there is great electronic music out there btw, but most of it isn't free to use) due to youtube being what it is. That is also why I lost interest in said videos once they began being youtube only instead of downloads. I really think you should be able to use whatever you want as long as you don't monetise it. No one is gonna rip a song with Koreans screaming over it. And let me say it again: I really liked the video overall. It was a fantastic year for BW and this video reminded me of a lot of epic moments. It's just the music that is really killing these kind of videos for me. | ||

I liked the music too. I normally listen to symphonic black metal and to classical music. But the music in the video kinda fits the content and goes overall well with it. Is even relaxing to some extent. And every other highlight video has that rock/metal music anyway, so something different is nice too. | ||
