 . While I think the polls were initially a good idea, I definetely agree that most of them are not up to the caliber of "Recommended VODS." Hopefull LR OP's can do a more thorough job of recommending good games. | ||

This topic has come up before. I offered to stop collecting and linking the recommendations from the LR threads and there was a large amount of feedback, public and private, that asked me to continue. So I still post, but try to make it clear that I'm posting things from the LR threads, not games I personally vet as awesome. (If you want the latter, visit my spreadsheet at https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AlQ6USbMU5XqdFZFVFVXVDlYc0ZWdUlFQmhFSmo0NGc ; but I'm a good four months behind present-day.) If the collective opinion has changed, then I'll stop posting them, but I suspect a lot of people still find it valuable. Again, I encourage people to CALL OUT particular games you think are great, and also games you think are boring and not worth watching. I'm trying to at least filter things down for you into a convenient set of links you can open if you are bored and don't want complete crap, and can ignore if you want a higher bar set. Actually creating that higher bar is up to everyone who watches the games. | ||
