Out of MBC vs Hite, set 3 was worth watching in my opinion. That's it.
If you watch Godzilla backwards it's about a benevolent lizard who helps rebuild a city and then moonwalks into the ocean.

ZeroDPX, I also appreciate what you do for this thread, but with all due respect, I don't think you should list recommendations that way: if anyone wanted to watch the first game that you recommended, the second recommendation would spoil its result. I would list it like + Show Spoiler [Number(s)] +
4+ Show Spoiler [later games, if needed] +
5

Yes, that's correct. However, avoiding that would require adding a "later games if needed" block to _every_ recommendation so that its mere presence wouldn't itself be a spoiler. I just don't care enough to put in the extra time needed to make sure every one of the recommendations in every one of my posts is anti-spoilered to the greatest degree possible. I mostly focus on not spoiling things for people who don't click any spoiler tags. The vast majority of the spoilered things don't ruin anything either, but occasionally they do. Them's the breaks.

You are welcome to post better-formatted posts. Or wait for me to post the actual videos instead of just the numbers. Or watch videos from my spreadsheet. Or look in the individual recommendation threads. Or the small VOD thread. You've got lots of choices.
I do post better-formatted posts when I post recommendations here, because I do care enough to put in the marginal extra time to make sure the recommendations in my posts are anti-spoilered to the greatest degree possible, just in case someone wants a recommendation but doesn't want to be spoiled about a result. (In this case, you were spoiling the result of a game you listed as recommended.)

I know I have lots of choices besides your posts, and I don't rely on them. I wasn't complaining or demanding something of you. I acknowledged that you contribute a lot to this thread; I was just suggesting something that you could do better. No need to get miffed.

Don't worry, I wasn't miffed -- I was just trying to explain why sometimes I don't spoiler things 100% . Sorry if my response came across too snarky.

MSL Ro8 Day 1.

Jaedong vs Midas: An amazing action packed game, one of the best I've seen in a long time. Just go watch it now. Flash vs MVP was pretty great too, but watch JD vs Midas first when the VoDs come out.

Jaedong vs. Midas is a must. At the beginning you are like wtf?! and then it goes into => its obvious who wins and then it goes into => wtf!?? SUPER EPIC!

From what I read in the LR thread, all 4 MSL games were very good, but I only saw the last two, both of which I'd recommend. Spoilered game descriptions below. The first one spoils the winner of the game; the second doesn't spoil the winner, but mentions some details about the game flow:
+ Show Spoiler [Calm vs. Great] +
Short and sweet. Once again, the "Brain Zerg" pulls out strategic play in a ZvZ.

+ Show Spoiler [Jaedong vs. Midas] +
I always like watching Jaedong play; Midas, I hadn't seen much of for a long time, but in any case, this game was particularly good. Jaedong's preparation for Bo5 games is the best in the business; here, once again, he deviates from standard play with an unusual, variant build order, geared towards late game. Midas deals fairly well with it, however, and the two go into the late game on a pretty even footing.

There were spots of sloppy play on both sides here and there, but there were also spots of the kind of play that makes you want to stand up from your seat and cheer. More than the micro/macro/multitasking, though, what I think made this game particularly good was the strategic aspect of it--particularly the tech switches. This wasn't some standard, each-side-picks-a-game-plan-and-goes-with-it game, where each side just macros up, tries to gain position and win a crucial battle or two. This was a fluid game: army compositions were constantly changing as each side countered the other.

The tech switches (and the lack of tech switches + Show Spoiler +
ultralisk
) were very nice on both sides, especially that of the winner (whom you can't be sure of until the end). Definitely worth watching.

I saw the ending of Flash vs MVP. It was really fantastic! Don't know about the first 30-40 minutes, but the ending really worth watching. I strongly recommend it.

It was a long but really tense and exciting game. I totally loved it.

By the way, I think it should be "youtubable" not "youtubeable" but I can live with either.
