One of my pet peeves is shitty, nonsense nicknames. For example, I used to flinch when I saw a lvl 90+ char on d2 named 'faslkgjqadfas.' Why would you want to name something you'll be spending horus upon hours on like that  Then I met a friend who actually fit the description and when I asked him about it, he said 'it doesn't matter, as long as I'm high level.' So I proceeded to smack him in the back of the head. -_-
Typical Korean examples: adfhlad31, skqudtls (spelling Korean in english chars), BicycleFruit (pick a random word or two out of the dictionary that has 0 relevenace to each other or the game, and in worse cases, spell it incorrectly)
Actually the last one would be comical if the person intended it to be, which is often not the case.
Typical American example: xxShadowxx, Diablo666, i_own_urmom

TheZerg's is an MBC's teamplay machine. He's actually really good at 2v2, but nickname is crap nevertheless.
I concur about those [name] peeps. I have a nostalgic feeling about pre-macro age StarCraft, and those mofos seem to try ruin it. YellOw is a legend of the old times and will be forever in my heart, I don't want some ugly idiot to replace him. Even though Yarnc plays good, I'm still very negative about him.
Bifrost also seems to have a stupid nickname. Both his old and his new one. As for the others, I'm somewhat embarassed about JulyZerg, JuniToss, Autumn, November and such those names. This got old like 5 years ago. But I like JZ still =)))

I was about to edit my post and explain that by this same token, Koreans must think Justin is a very cool name because they live in a country where the population is 99.9% Korean and they all have traditional Korean names. Thus, names like Justin and Casy would naturally be more appealing to them.
To me, a person who lives in a country where every other boy is named Justin, it's a stupid name to have for an ID. Because it's nothing special to me.
Reach is a name that works both ways, for Koreans and foreigners. Koreans don't know anyone in real life named Reach and neither does anyone else in the world. I happen to think it works very well as an ID (and it's not like he chose this name at random, this was during a time when one-word IDs were very popular among Koreans in Bnet, so he went with the trend) but some others may not. But when you compare with Justin, yeah, it sounds a hell of a lot more appealing than Justin (which was my attempt at trying to be funny, but you took it entirely in the other direction)

I think chrh was a totally crap name, how the fuck do you say that anyway? I believe ChRh is pronounced as "Chogo" - ChRh when typed on a Korean keyboard produces that word. But the commentators usually just called him "Chur-Reh" in an attempt to pronounce his ID as it is spelled. Koreans always type Korean words/names and just leave them in the Latin alphabet, resulting in names like skeghus, qwldsgh, ect, ect. As for Justin being a lame name - I couldn't agree more. I know so many fucking Justins, it's unreal. My best friend's name is Justin. It's not a special name to me in any way. It's lame. Now, Reach on the other hand ... that's a cool name. I don't refer to anyone else on this planet as 'Reach' except for Reach himself. omfg!!! justin is a name, so people use it as a name... NO WONDER YOU KNOW PEOPLE WHO HAVE IT AS A NAME... reach isn't a name, it's a verb, WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU CALL ANYONE ELSE "REACH" Anyway??? Reach is a noun AND a verb. Reach also is not a common English name. I agree that the tag itself is not naturally awesome - ParkJungSuk makes it that way. If, say, MuMyung used the Reach name, nobody would like it. But it's not a BAD tag in the way that Justin is bad.
