It's actually his left ear; it just appears on the right side of his head.

Made this using a somewhat old picture, but I think it came out alright. I'm not really a great artist, just used some basic photoshop skills, so if anyone has suggestions or wants to improve it feel free.

But I personally see more meaning to that image, because it's also about their styles of playing Starcraft. Flash is just "natural", it just comes to him easy, whereas Fantasy is really smart resilient player, but definitely more awkward.

Fantasy had been stereotypically known as a player that relies more on specific preparation than lets say overall, and it definitely lets him down if his gameplan doesn't go 100% smooth. But judging by his play this year, it is very plausible that he does not need silverware to eat hamburgers any longer.
