Me and my family are going to Korea on the 3rd week of May, so I hope it's not off-season or SC2PL or something -____-. Even OSL is enough for me(which is also uncertain -__-) but I hope the next season starts before we leave .

What's wrong with the current format? I actually think it's better than 1v4 and 2v3. In 1v4 and 2v3, there's no real difference whether you end up 1st or 4th in the season since the teams are so close that the usual principle of '1 has an easier time beating 4' doesn't really hold up any more. With the current format, being just one place higher makes a huge difference in that you have one less match to win in the playoffs.
when did they change this? i thought it was going to be 2 seasons of 2 rounds each, essentially meaning playoffs for this season would start next week.
did they lengthen each season or did they cancel the 2nd season?

It's a shame it would cost too much for so many of us. How insanely awesome would it be if we had most of the foreign BW community show up for a finals, one that could be one of the very last?

There's fewer teams so I think to balance out enough games aired, it's 3 rounds per half-season.
Cause there would be no reward for winning regular season or getting second. It would be the same being 1st or 4th. They are emphazising regular season by doing that. (a team would stop caring much about regular season once they secure a play-off spot) then, awsome stories like a team being 4th, beating the 3rd, then the 2nd and then like the 1st of reg season.

Um. It was always supposed to be 3 rounds per season. It was announced to be like this when the season started; nothing's changed.

Are playoffs going to keep the same Bo5 no ace format as regular season? I also agree that the playoff structure sucks...
