This is the TeamLeague Simulator, which lets you to simulate MBCGame TeamLeague, with 11 teams and 5 top players for each team.
The 5 players are rated with vT, vZ, vP skills, from 0 to 3. These numbers are hidden, and are based on creator's own point of view, so it might be different to your point of view about their skills. 
To start, choose two teams (They're in English so it should be easy to distinguish) and 'Start'. Choose players by turn to turn. Click on 'Enter' to see who won. Easy.
Click on 'Reset' to play again

The player names are in Korean 
So you have to guess with the list and the picture.
One more tip:
The players on the bottom (like Iloveoov, Nal_rA, Xellos, etc) are 'ace' players, who generally have a higher stat. They are the players who wins the most.
