Thoughts on winning?
-Because I’ve had some memories of losing recently, I wanted to use this opportunity to take revenge on Sea or Light. Today’s victory is fulfilling that desire in part, which makes me glad. I also thought I could meet a powerful opponent, so I worked really hard in practice, to be able to win like this is heartening.

Thoughts on the game?
-It seems I did better analyzing the maps. And also, every single engagement, I came out ahead, so I just played better and better.

Recently your team got swept.
-I believe in my teammates, so I absolutely don’t think the loss was because I didn’t play. I think I can also lose, and I would rather everyone work together to get a win.

How’s practice?
-I mainly practiced TvP and TvT, and I happened to meet Sea, so I was able to play what I practiced the most.

You should still have a desire for playoffs.
-If we have this desire, we will never give up, and we will continue moving forward. I think that’s what it means to be a progamer. I won’t abandon hope, and I’ll continue working hard.

You were eliminated in the MSL Prelims.
-I want to forget about that [laugh]

Before today’s game was your 100 win ceremony.
-I’ve wanted the plaque for forever, and I’m glad to finally get it. Before I got the win, Head Coach Lee and Assistant Coach who helped me a lot, I want to thank them. I want to work even harder and get 200 wins. I actually wanted to do a victory ceremony with the plaque, but I forgot.

Last words?
-I got 100 wins. I want to thank everyone who ever helped me, and I want all my teammates to come together and have a party. Also, I got eliminated from the MSL Prelims, I think a player encounters both wins and losses, so I’ll work hard to get past the OSL Prelims.

Thoughts on winnings?
-I’ve practiced with Jaehoon-hyung before, and I know he plays well, so I was a bit worried. But I think I performed well, luckily.

Thoughts on the game?
-Even though I was slightly ahead in the opening, I didn’t get that much when I was pressuring the opponent. I even stopped Probe production and made more Gateways and did an attack, and that’s the engagement where I got the most. I think that’s why I was able to win in the end.

It seems your PvP has been improving.
-I’ve said last time, a lot of Protosses are those who can’t get into the individual leagues, so have nothing better to do. So I have no choice, PvP became the matchup I’ve practiced the most. Even if I don’t, Secret-hyung, Asuke-Jr hyung, and Britney would also bug me to practice and research builds. I feel kind of like a king now.

Recently, Britney advanced past the MSL Prelims. He said Horang2 is currently obsessed with Pokemon.
-Britney was probably too happy on getting past the Prelims, I didn’t know he sold me out In the interview about Pokemon. But he loses to me in Pokemon. I really think Pokemon is really fun.

You’ve said before “I definitely won’t lose.”
-Immediately after that interview I took a hit. After saying that, and then losing right away, makes me kind of embarrassed. But I think I have to think like that to get into playoffs, so I will continue thinking like that.

Last words?
-Thanks to the teammates who help me practice and Coach Kim. I sent Britney into a downward spiral, so now he’s practicing his Pokemon. I also think of Britney like my son and I wish he could play well, so I hope Britney treats me better.

Thoughts on ending the series.
-I’m happy. Because of the team’s win, I also ended my losing streak.

Why were you in a losing streak?
-I had surgery on my chin, so there was a period when I didn’t practice enough.

Are you fully recovered now?
-Not fully, the wound’s to the bone so I need at least three months. But it seems there’s not too much hindrance to practice, so I think I should be able to perform well now.

You did a proxy-BBS.

If it wasn’t Light, I would’ve played more standard, but they played their ace player Light. For the team’s win, I decided to use this build. I’ve practiced build hundreds of times in practice, so I have confidence.

Were you nervous?
-I wasn’t before I did it, but after I confirmed my opponent’s build, I thought I could win, so I started being nervous.

Do you have a new understand now that you’ve ended your losing streak?
-This time, I won due to a strategic build. Next time, I need to practice better, and perform even better. I hope to create wins for myself as I create wins for the team.
