Why wont hite and ace be in the league?

Sadly, it makes sense for ACE not to participate. Or at least I could understand their reasoning on why they're not. According to TLPD, they only have 10 players, most of whom are rotated through their A league lineup. Even if they would probably be on the B team with any other team, they don't really have a B team of their own. I don't know the rules for Dream league, but I'm assuming they could choose to participate had they wanted to, but it may have been a bit embarrassing.
And they are the military team, so I'm sure they have busy schedules with training and all. Probably would have been too much of a burden to participate in another league.
No idea why Hite chose not to participate, though.
