Im glad at least one other person agreed I know nothing about MMA so I cant help, but everyone should listen to the youtube video CaucasianAsian posted, as well as all of Stephen Lynch's other videos haha

Most people in MMA have some fighting experience. Not to mention, if you don't work out @ all, good frigging luck in MMA b/c you are going to get trashed. But why exactly do you even wanna do MMA? I don't understand the op/get why. Dude you can start at the beginning learning just MMA... Even beginner classes are very tough even if you are in good shape (play a sport such as bball, x-country, ect), but they are definitely do-able and within a month you'll have super abs and arms and stuff like that.

I've done some homework found some places by me and cost but, when it comes to..my..physic, im kind of out of shape (little more then kind of haha) I have no experience in fighting. I have never really done any weight lifting besides some weights i have at home. I have done some cardio (apparently can't spell either) but as of late it has come to a more or less halt. The sites say that they have "beginner" classes but would i even be considered beginner? Or should i just take other classes and gain some experience in combat and/or increase my strength/fitness? burn half your face off. Or you could do what batman did. Become rich, go to asia, carry a flower to the top of a mountain, join a ninja club, then go back to your home city and start construction on your equipment.

However, it IS rather rough. If you're going to a decent school, they will work you pretty hard and you have to be decently paranoid about injuries. k but do you suggest i just DO IT or would it be smarter to get in better physical shape before i would start or am i just gonna die from exhaustion?
