Enjoyed both  so know i need to find another show so far  Man im really liking this anime only on episode 9, but its really getting me pumped up. So far i've watched Bones NCIS Wolf's Rain and now Code Geass. Have to say its one of the better anime's i've watched so far.  | ||

More in-depth spoiler! + Show Spoiler + The last OVA showed in the end how Kiba (and the rest of his scattered gang) ended up in a more familiar modern era in which his story seems to repeat itself as he runs off into some unknown destination, looking for paradise. God, that conclusion left so much to be desired, I wish they made a sequel. P.S. Kiba definitely should've won that last fight... | ||

I don't know why some ppl don't like R2. I'm guess it's probably from that one event that got everyone in a mad-rage... the ending though was just so freaking epic... I loved it. | ||

I mean come on, do you honestly think it's worse off than the new Gundam series starting from seed?? Sure, the first one was better, had better plot, character development and for the most things than second reason but look at Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny. I don't even know what to call Gundam Seed Destiny where I just thought it was a completely pointless need of creation (though I did enjoy it to some extend) but all in all, the ending was satisfied for most part and it seems everyone here agrees that. | ||

How can you respect R2? Throughout the entire anime, it had been building up to Lulouch confronting his father, and taking revenge, and destroying Britannia. He finally gets to confront him. And then it turns out, that his Mom isn't actually dead. And then it turns out, his father isn't actually evil. But then they actually are evil, so Lulouch kills both his mother he had been fighting to avenge and his father, but not before his father turns into a rocket, and blasts off at Lulouch to strangle him. That episode alone was the beginning of the downfall of R2, and the beginning of the trolling. Well, I guess Suzaku nuking Tokyo was sorta the beginning of that (that part was hilarious), or maybe the Rolo bullshit that had been going on the entire season. But Emperocket was definitely the point where you can say with 100% certainty the anime is just fucking with you. Everything after that was just lulz trolling, with occasional attempts to revive the anime and stop trolling. Considering the shit the anime had been putting out up to the last episode, the ending was good. If it was a normal anime, the ending would not have been good. tl;dr version: "anyone who recommends | ||

By the way, it's good that you're watching Code Geass when both seasons are out. I re-watched the first season before the second season's airing was even announced because the first season's cliffhanger was just too much. I found Death Note more suspenseful and provocative than Code Geass. Of course, I've never seen or read the second half of Death Note. | ||
