I never played in vanilla though, but I hear the raids were pretty rediculous for lvl 60s back in the day. And the AVs could go on for like.. 5 days in turtles. | ||

...ZzZzZ....ZzZzZz....... One time pre expansions, AV popped at 11pm and I played until I was waaaaay too tired and then I went to sleep. Came home from school the next day and joined the same AV, ohlawdy. | ||

Raiding and 5manning has definitely progressed since then to be more fun, but I don't think it'll ever be to me, as epic as when I first took down Ragnaros. It's definitely nostalgia speaking though, I'm aware of how boring repeatedly running MC and then BWL was in reality. I've stopped now, I'll probably pick it up when the next expansion comes out to see the new content though. | ||

MC and BWL was amazing, I even woke up at like 4am Monday mornings to be able to raid with my friends at home (since I was in Korea) but now... I don't even think my guild can get a steady 25 people to log in for raid. It's just so boring. | ||
