I failed once cus the guy asked me to parallel park behind a car, but the spot behind that car was a curve ... how do i park parallel to a car ... go on the curb? | ||

Rolling stops is an odd thing to fail for. Everyone i know failed for bumping into the curb, or for not looking for traffic enough. | ||

In the beginning the instructor told me to roll down the window so I was like "Oh fuck..." and as soon as you start braking the brakes squeal like a dying baby. The harder you push down on them, the more they squeal =/ I think next time I'm going to take my car in  | ||

I say, "both, this one is for the back and this is for the front." Anyways, I am doing fine we are driving. Lucky for me its a construction zone around the DMV so its slow driving all over the place. The first sign of doom was me trying to small talk her about this fact; "Guess I only need to drive under 25 right?". To which she replied; "If that's what you think." or something snide. So then later I'm making a left hand turn at a light and there are 2 turn lanes. The guy on the inside turn lane for some reasons decides to gun it half way into the turn and swerves the waiting traffic and causes me to break and other people to sound horns. The van jerks around and the tester scoffs at ME. WTF?? and then she scribbles down some note about it. (and when I say scribble, I mean scribble. After the test she gave me a copy and I seriously could not read anything, not even her fucking check marks were coherent. How the fuck is that even possible?) So then we go by the park, and it's a completely open street (lucky me) and I gotta back up in a straight line. Perfect. When I pull out I look around, check my mirrors and all but didn't use my blinker because I basically just drove in a straight line to the stop sign about 50-70 ft. ahead. We get back to the DMV and park and she immediately blurts out "You made a (some dmv word for dire/fatal/crucial) mistake. You fail.". She explains about the blinker when I was parking. And mentions a few other minor errors (including taking points off for the wipers and the the left turn) that need correction. Somehow this means failure? Seriously what a hideous bitch, probably gets off on denying people licenses. I think I still have a copy of the test somewhere, what a joke. The next time I took the test, I seriously passed with flying colors. The tester was a cool older guy who I was chatting with the whole time about driving lessons/tips my dad gave me. Seriously the only things he wrote on the paper was slows down too much on right hand turns, and didn't check mirror once when switching lanes (but I actually did but he didn't see cause he was writing). He said its dangerous because I could get rear ended. But I told him my dad said to drive defensively and beware of pedestrians on turns. Ez Stupid cunt bitch DMV gross chicken slob arms. | ||
