They weren't going nuts because of the vest, but because of Hwasin, who was wearing the vest  .Jokes aside, sorry I can't really help you. My best bet would be to just go to suit/tux store. They should carry a wide enough variety of merchandise so you could find a kinda funky looking vest. | ||
