I have never used Windows Vista before so the problems may be attributed to my inexperience, but I am fairly certain that I have no fucking idea what the hell I am doing. Link to computer I actually am starting to believe that it does NOT have a wireless card thingy in it although truthfully I have no clue. Please god (TL) help me figure this shit out, I have been dicking around with this for about 6 hours and feel like commiting suicide.  | ||

A USB adapter doesn't require you to open up your computer (which may void your warranty if you care about that) because it just plugs into an available port. A PCI-E card you have to snap into the actual motherboard. I've used both and they both performed about the same quality for me. However, everything I hear says that PCI-E is the way to go so that's what I got for the computer I have now. | ||
