I would say goons and scarabs are the most annoying. Scourge kind of need that freeze time or else sniping mutalisks, sairs and vessels wouldn't require any micro.

It has happened hundreds of times that my 2-3 marines chase a probe and I think like oh it will die now, so I put my second fact up (hidden) but then one of the marines get stuck so the probe scouts it and I'm like T.T | ||
