For those willing to help but doesn't have an inkling of what the story is about, here's the summary of the story in my own words. + Show Spoiler + it's about a guy who turns into an insect overnight. The thing is, he's the breadwinner of the family and he is the one that handles the finances of his family. Basically he becomes useless and is alienated from his family. So if you know a song that can encapsulate the theme, please tell me about it, I need it by Monday (2 days away.) Thanks.   | ||

Basically you can probably pick any music that is ponderous and melancholy and just bullshit your way through. Nice thing about assignments like that is there's no wrong answer. Edit: There was a "sad music" thread or something in the general forum before... might find something there. | ||

Dream Theater is fucking amazing. You could basically find any theme of this sort in their repertoire Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence is basically exactly what you need. I'd recommend The Glass Prison | ||
