That's what my set of weights look like, I'm not sure what the things on the side and legs work on.
With weights, does lifting too much cause you to go slower?
I'm also gonna start playing basketball in YMCA, it's my first time playing in an organized league and I'm pretty excited; it was a motivation for me to start exercising and lifting weights. Well, I'm not very tall, 5'7 so I guess I want to be quick but also be kinda strong. I have also started doing sit ups to try to lose my stomach fat, it's actually pretty annoying and I can make it move like the worm (dance). It actually got me alot of attention but I wanna get rid of it!Another thing I found out was drinking green tea helps your skin look better so I've been drinking that, I hope it helps (or it's some placebo effect!)
