Defrost a 1 pound bag of mixed vegetables.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine the following in a large bowl:
2 cups milk
1/2 stick butter
1 pound of yellow cake mix
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 pound bisquick
Using a baster, spread a thin layer of chocolate syrup on to a large cake pan. Sprinkle half a box (4 ounces total) of oyster crackers in to the chocolate film. Pour 1/4 of the contents of the large bowl into the cake pan. Now sprinkle 2 ramen seasoning packets so that it is distributed evenly along the surface. Sprinkle half of the defrosted vegetables on the surface evenly. Poor one cup of vodka on the top. Pour about 2/3 of the remaining contents of the large bowl into the cake pan. Sprinkle a 1/2 pound mixture of grapes, almonds, and rainbow cookies on top of the concoction (feel free to designate the relevant ratios of grapes, almonds, and cookies). Empty 1 bottle of Heineken. Pour the remaining contents of the large bowl into the cake pan. Release approximately half a can (30 seconds) of whipped cream to create a smooth surface. Place the cake pan in the oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until a fork inserted into the dish comes out with only two colors of crap smeared on it.
