First and foremost id like to emphasize these 2 important points if you, not surprisingly, consider me your fitness messiah: MAX STRENGTH INCLUDING 1 REP EXERCISES ARE IMPORTANT! IM NOT INCLUDING THEM IN MY ROUTINE COS IM REHABILITATING SEVERAL INJURIES ALL EXERCISES ARE DONE EXPLOSIVELY. IF YOURE NOT DOING EM SO, YOURE BETTER OFF SITTING ON YO COUCH EATING NACHOS FROM YOUR BELLY AND PLAYING WOW
Todays routine looked like that: 3 minute of 6.5 warm up. 1)1 minute of 8.5 2)Cable pull imitating shoulder throw, 15 reps, 30 pounds(rope grip) 3)30 crunches 4)cable pull imitating gi pull, 15 reps, 30 pounds.(rope grip) 5)Running on stairs with 35 pound plate, 5 reps 11 steps. 4 with weight, 1 without(getting from weight floor and to machine floor) 6)cable pull- 15 reps 60 pounds core swings, with cable on your waistline, basically using punching form other then that your hands are on your waist and arms are stationary.(rope grip)(single hand grip gripped with 2 hands overlapped) 7)5 pullups. EXPLOSIVE!
3 circuits with 60 second rest in between. Walk, dont sit.
2 minute cooldown at 6.5 after im done.

i dont know about you..
but yesterday i did 7 set's of 4 back workouts, and 3 sets on barbell row, with 2 bicep workouts 7 sets each workout.
today just cardio basketball, and some high pace incline walking. just want to burn fat now.

what's 30 crunches going to accomplish? You need atleast 100 of those if you want sexy abs.

Training explosively builds strength. Training endurance builds endurance. You need endurance training first, otherwise strength training can cause serious injuries. A while ago I visitted a physiotherapist because I was having knee issues, and although I was a generally fit guy and a decent runner, I was still told to do at least two months of endurance training before even considering plymetrics (explosive).
I do endurance work for abs and I have nice abs if I may say. It all depends on whether or not you commit to it.

I was thinking of making a blog about silly looks-obsessed gay metrosexual folk. This workout is designed to develop explosiveness and endurance, simulating a judo round(it takes roughly 5 minutes to finish- just like judo).

Ive been training judo for 2 years now and i just took my shape for a given. Two notes however: Training explosively builds explosiveness(strength and explosiveness originate in different type of muscle fibers). And also you can train both at the same time, endurance, explosiveness and strength. just go heeer: rosstraining.com ^_^

yo, why'd u get injured in the first placed, i don't think i've read anywhere in your blog. for reference pursposes, contributing some of your pictures would defintely help others looking into weight training and those posting pictures of people without their concent.
