Hello, im just starting to try to recruit new players to my team, but im unsure how to go about it. Some tips on how to do this would be greatly appreciated? What are some methods that you yourself have used and what do you think of them? Is it better to look for players or let them find you? blah blah blah look at this blah blah blah. of course you can be one of those teams who care more about the size and notoriety of your team than loyalty and dedication. in which case please just disband because you are a cancer. edit: another reason recruiting strangers is a bad idea is because the people who will join your recruiting games will also tend to be egotists. building a strong team requires building good relationships. skill is important too, but dedication is required to build that skill.

I don't think it's a big deal for him to make a post like this. But yea, finding good recruits who will actually stick with the team is pretty difficult.

But an OP that's a one liner is the opposite of what TL has been striving for lately.
