EPTFor example my last game, PvZ on andromeda, i go FE scout him last, I see that he has 1 hatch in his main 9 pool and gas up already, i lay down an additional cannon to my gateway/cannon block which is standard. I think scout his natural and weird other expo thing waiting to block an expo that should be laid down shortly. That expo never comes, the zerg makes 2 sunkens in his main, NO LAIR yet and just makes drones. He scouts me see's im doing the +1 zeo timeing attack, and makes 2 more sunkens. Im thinking this kid is a noob. Luckily i scout bottom right main and find a lair/spire. In which case i win the game.
Ive tried this zergs trick before on iccup, what i did basically was try to look liek a complete noob early game PVP, when he scouted me i made sure i had idle probes. My strat was 1 gate gas, forge cannon while i proxied dt. Since its iccup and hes trying to beat me as fast as he can, he goes 3 gate goon, NO OBS, and i win.
Ive had many other cases, where im in game just thinking "WTF is going on here?"
My question is are these players noobs or are they purposly doing this just to fuck with us, to try to get us to do a build, and then hidden tech to the perfect counter to that build?
Has anyone else had any of these moments or done anything like this yourselves?? Seems like it would be fun to make a new iccup name and just do somthing like this every game. I forget the guy on yourtube who does things like this, Sonic i believe his name is..
