Chaos launcher help

I don't freaking know what to do after I dl it, I dled the launcher and plug in but now what? I opened the plug in, and theres just little notepads that are scribbled in weird stuff. Whenever I join a game from someone with chaoslauncher, they always get dropped, even though its me with the problem. I read the directions from a bunch of websites but I'm still confused.

Can you all help me with step by step instructions? Thanks

Sorry, no help here. I just remember downloading it and turning it on, and telling it my Starcraft directory path, and everything after that "just worked."

lol you dont open the plugins, open the actual chaos launcher program and use that to launch SC

And actually its probably you getting dropped not the other guy

In a low latency games everybody has to have the Latency Changer plugin activated.
To install it:
Unpack all files from Chaoslauncher.zip to some directory (not the sc directory, not the desktop)
Run Chaoslauncher.exe
Set the Checkbox of Latency Changer in the Pluginlist
Press Start
