EPTI don't know what I've done . . . yet. My monster is in the oven at 350, growing, burning. Who knows what I will finally open the door to find.
I always do this. I don't need to measure. So the flour and baking soda were eyeballed. Hm . . . I should throw in a quarter cup of applesauce and a tablespoon of sour cream. Nutmeg and cinamon, and top it with a handful of craisens.
So, have I made a delicacy or a monster?
