any other folks who thinks some foods are "overflavored" with the most lowliest of flavors? there are way more wonderful tastes than salty or sweet in the world... -_-

also, look for something like 100% potato chips without any trans fat, salt, and etc. most of them are not mainstream, but you can still find them. they might be a bit more pricy though, but it's healthier and it's not like you're eating a garbage.

i did find some potato chips with less salt, but i'd still like even less lol. (but as i hear, in terms of nutrition, fried starch is bad no matter what lol. on the other hand, they say the skins on potatos and sweet potatos are highly nutritious.)

Btw you can make your own yogurt too, and there's already a thread about a potato chip maker.

Yeah if you eat a shovel full everday for a couple years, otherwise you're fine.

theyre so good the food my parents cook at home has little salt, and im used to eating that food with just the taste of the food itself, rather than salt or condiments or whatnot. as for yogurt, you can buy containers of them that say "Plain," or similar, which is just yogurt, nothing else. then you can mix in other yogurt, sort of diluting it so that theres not as sweet. or even better, just use the plain yogurt with various fruits, berries, granola, etc. edit - btw, i think its a really good sign that youre disliking too salty or sugary foods. its bad for you, so its good that your body hates it. you should be worried when you start liking foods with too much salt/sugar, and eating that, you slowly become more tolerant, and need more sugar/salt to satisfy your taste. dont want that to happen!

does putting fruits in plain yogurt have the same effect as a flavored yogurt, besides the fact that there is less sugar? (sipmly plain is so nasty lol) kettle chips are the thick chips right? kind of expensive and come in small bags? i've also tried the kirkland potato chips taht says it has no msg, preservatives and "whatchumacallits". but the smell is so alluring and overpowering, i'm still suspicious of them haha. ever try kirkland chips? I think they label it as greek yogurt or sth like that. really? is that differnet from plain? cause i tried to like plain, but it's so bad
