tthe homosexual community are the first ones to actually hijack the word gay. originally it meant happy, and joyful. now it means homosexual. i don't see why there is any reason to oppose it from turning into a more cleaner word than homosexual.
i'll use the word gay profusely in defense of this stance.

I know a gay guy at my school that always says "that's fatchicks" instead of "gay". Other people started saying it too lol.

my friend actually "converted" one. u hardly ever hear stories like that.

i say "that's gay" sometimes. i have a friend who's gay and he really doesn't care. i don't mean to insult gays or anything, i support them, i just say the word gay.
maybe ill go along with the fatchicks instead of gay, lol.
