I say do it. Don't plan a specific point in the evening for it, just take your first opportunity and sieze it. If you plan it all this tension will be building up in you, and just you, and she will sense it which will change her internal mood which could then affect her actions/response. And then when your planned time comes the opportunity isn't actually there like you thought it might be, but if you do it anyway it would be a horrible/awkward moment to do it in and could potentially ruin everything.
Don't go in blind; constantly be scouting her build order so you know just how and when to attack.

by the looks of it you are making yourself fall into the friend zone. Girls dont want a guy who is always nice to them. Im not saying go out and be mean to them. But dont be afraid to make a joke at their expense. It lets them know you are comfortable around them and it shows your their peer. Dont sit in silence and try to ask open ended questions. Dont flat out ask her something say , " my friend mikey had this happen to him the other day, doesnt that suck" or something like that. It doesnt come out and ask her something but it allows her to respond freely. You have to make yourself stand out from other guys. Show her why she should be with you over the football jock, and just cause you like her isnt enough. Show her a magic trick, or do something quirky that she will like. in the end dont turn yourself into some quiet shelled up wreck because you are afraid of rejection. You need to be out there and let her know how you feel.

hes not in the states, things work a bit differently over in korea. your best bet is bring up how she feels about the relationship between you two. hint around that you think there might be a connection between the two of you. these things go in steps. you cant just up and kiss a girl you like and have been hanging out with for a while. usually the first step is getting both parties to acknowledge an attraction. once that goes down, you can get touchy feely with her by big hugs when leaving, arm around shoulders while watching tv, the laugh+touch arm shit. THEN you start thinking about planting one after you exchange 'the look' as i call it. The, 'im totally moving in to kiss in my head but right now im just staring at you hoping your thinking the same thing' look.
