The sword is fucking massive, like a foot longer than the Relentless, which i previously thought was Jug's biggest sword. It really stands out against the blue blob of the Arcana.
The Fireborn Gem from the Odachi changes your attack and crit animations, but not in a noticeable way, so it won't bother you if you like the original ones. It also changes Jug's stance, so he holds his sword in the air, as pictured. It's a very powerful stance change when running, and looks fantastic. I'm not too keen on the stationary look though because it's a bit wooden at that time. From what I can see, the gem also gives you a unique taunt animation that seems to play about 70% of the time instead of your equipped taunt.
With the Super Saiyan glow from killing a hero, waving this freakin' huge sword around looks just incredible on Jug. If you are stuck looking for a sword that 'stands out' or contrasts against the blob of green style, then definitely give this sword a shot.
It does not look particularly good in Red style because there is no contrast of colour so it just blurs into the red blob. Instead, for Red style I use a Relentless, and I would not have it any other way.
