I spent an entire summer casting the entire Ever 2007 OSL two years ago and it was a complete blast. I would say take a year and tournament you have always wanted to watch and cast that over the period of the summer.

Given that you post on this site, you're probably most interested in Korean Brood War. While you might get most views for this - as everyone around here loves Korea the most - I'd like to suggest some other BW content for you to comment on. If you're interested that is. For foreigner stuff we have nothing going on, at least no good casters to cater to a larger audience in English. The "only" competition would be yoda with his casts for defiler.
So, any comments on recent foreign BW would be extremely nice, as well as older BW content. Generally speaking, and also featuring random Korean stuff, this is worth looking at:
http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/index.php?title=Special:WhatLinksHere/Template:ReplayBox&limit=500
That's the template I used to show "recommended games" on Liquipedia. However, it also links to pages showing exemplary games for strategies and/or characteristic matches per map. Clicking links on Tournament and Player pages will lead you to a couple of good games, which almost never have a good commentary to them. By commenting on them, you'd also add a little to Liquipedia.
As for rivalries goes, there'd be Scan vs. Sziky (vs. Heme) from the "modern" era of foreign BW; a summary of their games is linked on their LP games, replays you would need to seek for yourself (shouldn't be TOO hard to do):
http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/Sziky#Rivalry
Then there'd be eOnzErG vs. TechnicS (vs. trutaCz) (sadly mostly ZvZ):
http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/Eonzerg#Rivalry
As for past foreign rivalries goes:
FiSheYe vs. Mondragon (ancient stuff partially): http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/Mondragon/Rivalry
https://geckovod.wordpress.com/2013/08/27/duel-of-the-fates/ (shameless self promotion)
with no write-up from new to old ret vs. Idra kolll vs. HoRRoR.T (fight for German dominance) Mondragon vs. Draco Mondragon vs. Androide
Anyhow, for anything you do, consider adding your VODs to liquipedia as additional source. Because, why not?
edit: almost forgot:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGxESn1tGPTuErgg5kx9HRPxFuoN6Zt44
playlist of some koreans playing some new age foreigners. might also be nice.

Cast BWAPI bots (as in, custom made bots for Brood War). You can find replays of AI vs AI games here. It also contains some Human vs AI replays as well.
p.s If you encounter problems with a replay, use RepFix because 20000 apm can sometimes cause weird behaviour in replays.

I think you should find an OSL/MSL that was undercovered in terms of english commentary, or wasn't comprehensively covered by 1 person and cast every single game from it. That's what i'd find most compelling.

All I can say is any of the OSL/MSL from 2004-2006 would be really cool to see covered in full.
