The parents of those kids should be less worried about their children being reprimanded and forced to wait for the cops, and more worried about the fact that their kids are aggressive, angry jerks who'll end up in jail before they turn 20. What kind of kids do this sort of crap? | ||

Even though I was much, MUCH more tame than this, I've ran around toiletpapering and smashing the occasional window with a rock (often accidentally, but not always) if an adult had been mean to me, I considered myself punishing the adults for a revenge of them discliplining me, or sometimes even when I was bored, and I'm fine so far. I remember getting in trouble for it every once in a while but I wasn't usually caught. | ||

[/quote] Yes, that would be the case if the parents were not doing their job providing better parenting and discipline. 9year old children pretty much knows that destroying stuff is BAD. Hell even 7-8 yr olds know their mom/grandma would get mad if they even accidentally break their fave vase when playing inside the house. | ||
