Only the blues with news user types can post it, like shiro, tofu, fionn, GTR, FW, etc. Hawaiianpig is actually an administrator, and I'm not sure if many people even realize this. Especially since he kept his red name and icon, instead of the special admin thing. All admins can post html/css. Also, all normal staff can preview a post normally, or Preview w/HTML, so even though it won't work we can still preview what it would look like. And then an admin can just enable it for us to make it work, etc. | ||
